  5. What exactly is covered?
  6. What exclusions, limits, deductibles, and waiting periods apply?
  7. Where can service or claims be completed?
  8. Does existing warranty, insurance, roadside, or another product overlap?
  9. How is cancellation submitted?
  10. Where does a refund go after financing?

Documents to keep

  • Buyer’s order and retail installment contract.
  • Every product agreement and brochure.
  • Financing disclosures before and after add-ons.
  • Cancellation instructions and submission evidence.
  • Insurance, warranty, and maintenance documents used for comparison.
