- What exclusions, limits, deductibles, and waiting periods apply?

- Does existing warranty, insurance, roadside, or another product overlap?
- How is cancellation submitted?
- Where does a refund go after financing?
Documents to keep
- Buyer’s order and retail installment contract.
- Every product agreement and brochure.
- Financing disclosures before and after add-ons.
- Cancellation instructions and submission evidence.
- Insurance, warranty, and maintenance documents used for comparison.
